With our call center, mobile services and technical service points spread throughout the country, we continue to be with you with our specialized technical staff at every stage starting from the analtzing phase to production, installation and after-sale technical service and field services.

All calls from our customers, are covered by the call center, most of the technical problems are solved by our specialized staff on the phone, for situations that require intervention in the field, services are given by technical team who provides 7/24 service all around Turkey. SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards made with the customer within the period determined within the scope of the calls are addressed and resolved.

Thanks to our mobile services and our spare parts stock in the country-wide service points, our technical staff can replace the defective components with the spare parts that are needed in time and do not cause any failure time to repair the defective component in the field.

Our customers are able to track all these service activities through our CRM application and target our customers' satisfaction with digital signature and online tracking in our business processes where a paperless environment is targeted.
